Amendment 1 to Florida Constitution, voted in November 1, 2014.

This presentation captures property rights and conservative government expenditures (taxes) view of how best Florida should spend the estimated $20 billion in new Documentation Stamps Fees that will be spend by the Legislature, and not the Counties. This $20MM is estimated over the next 20 years.
